Shipping policy

Shipping
It is the Consumer's responsibility to update the sender if a package has not arrived at their chosen shipping location. If, after 30 days, the Consumer has not received their product, the Sender will open a case-file with Canada Post, but cannot guarantee a refund will be made.

When shipments are sent Internationally, the Consumer is responsible for the package after it reaches the country of shipping location. If the package has a "delivered" status and the consumer has not received the package, the consumer has 10 business days from the delivery date to make a claim with the sender, any claims after 10 business days will not be refunded to the Consumer. Alternately, if the package has not been delivered on the estimated delivery date, the Consumer has 30 days from the estimated delivery date to inform the Sender of a discrepancy. Any claims made after that date will not be refunded to the Consumer.
